How you will make a difference

  • Lead by Example: Actively engage on the sales floor, demonstrating advanced product knowledge and effective closing techniques.
  • Drive Team Success: Motivate, coach, and develop the sales team to reach and exceed targets through regular coaching, roleplays, and performance feedback.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Handle complex or high-value customer needs while setting the standard for personalized, premium service.
  • Grow the Business: Implement sales strategies, analyze performance reports, and adjust tactics to maximize revenue and market opportunities.
  • Support Daily Operations: Ensure merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, and operational compliance are maintained seamlessly.

What makes you a great fit

  • Experience: 3-5 years in sales or sales leadership roles required, industry experience preferred.
  • Sales Leadership: Proven ability to lead by example and guide team performance while meeting personal and team targets.
  • Sales Growth: Skilled at driving results through effective strategies, promotions, and opportunity management.
  • Team Development: Experience coaching, training, and supporting team growth, including succession planning.
  • Conflict Resolution: Strong ability to resolve issues and manage escalated situations quickly and professionally.
  • Data & Reporting: Comfortable using sales data and performance metrics to inform decisions and improve results.
  • Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
